在波蘭，政府允許無人機在部分區域內飛行，無人機的主要監管機構波蘭民航局（ULC）為確保無人機安全飛行，專門制定了一系列相關法規。根據現行法例條款，所有操作無人機的人員均受監管，在飛行時須嚴格遵守當地的規範。我們為您選取了下列主要條款供您參考。

須在視野距離內飛行

須與機場、飛機保持 5 公里以上的距離

Steps to follow as a new drone pilot

  • 僅在空地飛行。
  • 非娛樂目的飛行活動，如帶有商業性質，飛手須持有資格證。飛手在進行以提供服務為目的的飛行（如攝像、錄影等）前，須通過理論及實踐測試，并獲得由民航局主席頒發的證書。
  • 每次飛行前均須查看當地監管機構的網站。
  • 飛手須確保飛行過程不會威脅他人，他人財產、及其他飛行人員的安全。
  • 若違反航空法，可被判最高 5 年監禁。

Checked-in BaggageDetached batteries cannot be checked in. Equipment with small attached batteries can be checked in.
