Policy Introduction

在荷蘭，政府允許無人機在部分區域內飛行，無人機的主要監管機構荷蘭基礎設施與環境部（lenW）為確保無人機安全飛行，專門制定了一系列相關法規。根據現行法例條款，所有操作無人機的人員均受監管，在飛行時須嚴格遵守當地的規範。我們為您選取了下列主要條款以供參考。

120 米飛行高度限制

禁止夜間飛行

禁止飛越人群與建築群

須在視野距離內飛行

Steps to follow as a new drone pilot

  • 私有無人機重量不能超過 25 公斤。
  • 僅在 G 類空域飛行。
  • 請在視野開闊，視線良好的情況下飛行。
  • 有償的商業或專業飛行（模型飛機飛行教學除外），不適用於荷蘭模型飛機法律法規。
  • 禁止進行第一人視角 FPV 飛行。

Small Batteries

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 20 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
Checked-in BaggageDetached batteries cannot be checked in. Equipment with small attached batteries can be checked in.
Common EquipmentMavic Series, Phantom Series, Spark, Osmo Series, product accessories.

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 2 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
