Policy Introduction

在盧森堡，政府允許無人機在部分區域內飛行，無人機的主要監管機構盧森堡民航總局（DAC）為確保無人機安全飛行，專門制定了一系列相關法規。根據現行法例條款，所有操作無人機的人員均受監管，在飛行時須嚴格遵守當地的規範。我們為您選取了下列主要條款以供參考。

50 米飛行高度限制

須與機場及直升機坪保持 2 公里以上的距離

須在視野距離內飛行

Steps to follow as a new drone pilot

  • 飛行前須獲得盧森堡民航總局的許可

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 20 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
Checked-in BaggageDetached batteries cannot be checked in. Equipment with small attached batteries can be checked in.
Common EquipmentMavic Series, Phantom Series, Spark, Osmo Series, product accessories.

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 2 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
