Policy Introduction

在愛爾蘭，政府允許無人機在部分區域內飛行，無人機的主要監管機構 IAA（愛爾蘭航空管理局）為確保無人機安全飛行，專門制定了一系列相關法規。根據現行法例條款，所有操作無人機的人員均受監管，在飛行時須要嚴格遵守當地的規範。我們為您選取了下列主要條款供您參考。

120 米飛行高度限制

禁止飛越城市地區

須與機場保持 5 公里以上的距離

須與人群、船隻、車輛、建築保持 30 米以上的距離

須在視野距離內飛行

禁止飛越人群

Steps to follow as a new drone pilot

  • 重量在 1 公斤以上的無人機須向監管機構註冊。
  • 禁止在民用或軍用限制空域飛行。
  • 未經土地所有人同意的情況下，禁止進行起飛或降落無人機。
  • 無人機與飛手的距離須保持在 300 米以內。
  • 飛行前須查看當地監管機構的網站。

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 20 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
Checked-in BaggageDetached batteries cannot be checked in. Equipment with small attached batteries can be checked in.
