Policy Introduction

在丹麥，政府允許無人機在部分區域內飛行，無人機的主要監管機構丹麥民航局（CAA-DK/SLV）為確保無人機安全飛行，專門制定了一系列相關法規。根據現行法例條款，所有操作無人機的人員均受監管，在飛行時須嚴格遵守當地的規範。我們為您選取了下列主要條款供您參考。

Steps to follow as a new drone pilot

  • 飛行之前，無人機（重量在 0.25 公斤以上或飛行速度在 50 公里/小時以上）的所有者，須在丹麥交通與建設部進行登記。
  • 無人機必須標記所有者的名字、電話號碼及丹麥交通與建設部給出的註冊碼。
  • 禁止在集聚區以非專業目的飛行小型無人機。以專業目的飛行活動應保證他人的生命安全、財產安全、日常生活不受威脅和打擾。集聚區是居住、商業或娛樂的區域，例如體育館，夏季露營地，居民區，工業區和港口等。
  • 無人機飛手須獲得無人機知識認證。未滿 15 歲的飛手需要在監護人陪同下使用無人機，監護人須通過知識認證。
  • 須與道路、緊急狀況、皇家住所、大使館、警方用地、丹麥監獄、緩刑服務機構和軍事設施等保持 150 米以上的距離。

Carry-on BaggageEach passenger can carry no more than 20 detached batteries on board. Attached batteries can be carried on board.
Checked-in BaggageDetached batteries cannot be checked in. Equipment with small attached batteries can be checked in.
